Divine Offspring Mercy Network has taken into account to operate in seven components which define a broad continuum of care that we can provide for the complex needs of our targeted children. They are:

1) Food and Nutrition Support. These services have the desired outcome of enhancing nutritional status and preventing deaths due to malnutrition among vulnerable children in our area of operation.

2) Shelter and Care. These services we have the desired outcome of ensuring that no child goes without shelter, clothing, access to clean safe water or basic personal hygiene, and that children have at least one adult who provides them with love and support.

3) Protection. These services we also have the desired outcomes of reducing stigma and social neglect as well as insuring access to basic rights (birth registration, inheritance claims, unification of siblings) and services, and protecting children from abuse and exploitation.

4) Health Care. These services we further desired outcome of meeting the health needs of children according to their age, providing primary care, immunization, treatment for children when they are sick, ongoing treatment for HIV positive children, and HIV prevention.

5) Psychosocial Support. In these services we have the desired outcome of ensuring that children have the human attachments necessary for normal development and that children can participate cooperatively in activities such as school, recreation and work with other children and adults.

6) Education and Vocational Training. These services have the desired outcome of ensuring that vulnerable children receive educational and vocational opportunities in accord with community norms and market-driven employment options.

6) Economic Strengthening. We further desired outcome that OVCs families are able to meet their own needs economically, in spite of changes in the family situation due to HIV/AIDS.

Project Strategy. The implementation strategy will first involve mobilizing resources at the grass root to international levels for the establishment of Vocational school and Health Centre. There shall be a shared responsibility and communal sense of common duty and Joint efforts between the relevant stakeholders; the community, the school, Ministry of Education, Health, donors and Volunteers are thus demanded since the campaign tasks are onerous. Volunteers will work with locals to make sure these projects get completed and match the needs of the people benefitting from the project.

Justification. The approach at which Divine Offspring Project support and implementation in the affected community is strategized in establishing a permanent Vocational school and Health centre which would reduce the vulnerability; through an integration which involves an academic touch in every aspect of development for sustainability thus re-establish the affected cases back to normal, social and economic life. The project is meant to address the problem affecting orphans and vulnerable children in socio academic development in pursuit to fight and reduce poverty. The gap in the development agenda will be reduced through this integrated academic program for the disillusioned children. A collective participatory approached based in the Divine Offspring academic empowerment with affirmative support from external forces will greatly enhance education and development among the targeted children in the area.

Mission Statement:

At Divine Offspring Mercy Network Uganda, our mission is to bring the mercy of God to a hurting world and we invite you to be part of the ministry! Giving them an opportunity to steer their lives towards a more promising future by making them economically independent and spiritually empowered. Aiming to improve the quality of life for the OVCs and their households.

Organizational Statement of Faith:

As a Christian organization, Divine Offspring Mercy Network Uganda believes that spiritual warfare is real and that prayer plays an important role in healing and spiritual growth. Mercy Ministries does not perform or endorse exorcisms as part of its treatment curriculum. Our emphasis is on the power of Gods grace, unconditional love and justice

Bellow is Our Statement of Faith:

The Scriptures: We believe that the Holy Bible was written by divine inspiration, and that it is a record of Gods revelation of Himself to man. It is a book of divine instruction.

God: We believe there is only one living and true God, and that the eternal God reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each member of the Trinity has distinct personal attributes, but yet he is still one.

God the Father: He is fatherly in His attitude toward all men. He is all-powerful, all knowing, omnipresent, omnipotent, and sovereign.

God the Son: Jesus is the eternal Son of God. We believe He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He was crucified, willingly shedding His blood for the redemption of mankind and forgiveness of sins to all who receive the sacrifice. He was crucified, dead, and buried. On the third day He rose from the dead with a glorified body, appeared to His disciples, ascended to heaven, and is now exalted at the right hand of God where He is the One Mediator, bringing reconciliation between God and man. He will return in power and glory to judge the world and to complete His redemptive mission. He now dwells in all believers as the living and ever-present Lord.

God the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God (the Comforter, the Intercessor, the Strengthener, the Standby, and the Counselor). He illuminates men to understand truth, and He draws men to the Father. He convicts of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment. He enlightens and empowers the believer and the church in worship, evangelism, and service.
Man: We believe man was created in the image of God by a special act of God Himself. Man was created free of sin and innocent, but with a free choice. By mans choice, sin entered the human race. Thus, the fall came by choosing to follow Satan and his temptation. Redemption comes through receiving Christ as a free gift and believing in one's heart that He died for sins through the shedding of His own blood, and receiving and accepting the free gift of salvation offered to whosoever will.

Salvation: We believe in the new birth as a work of Gods grace whereby believers become new creatures in Christ Jesus. It is a change of heart wrought by the Holy Spirit through conviction of sin, to which the sinner responds in repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Church: The Church universal is the Body of Christ, and it consists of all true believers who are associated by their covenant in the faith and fellowship of the gospel. The various local churches are smaller entities of the universal body of true believers. The Church operates under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and He raises up pastors and deacons as leaders. The pastors are the shepherds of the individual flocks.

Baptism: We believe in following the example of Christ in water baptism. It is an act of obedience symbolizing the believers faith in a crucified, buried, and risen Savior, and the believers death to sin, burial of the old life, and a resurrection to walk in the newness of life in Christ Jesus.

The Lords Supper: We believe in the Lords Supper as a symbolic act of obedience whereby members of the church remember the death of Christ by partaking of bread and fruit of the vine.

Tithing: We believe that believers should give a tithe, or a tenth, of their total income to the local church of which they are a part.
