eDOT, Ministry of Greater Europe Mission

Organization Description:

eDOT began as a ministry of Greater Europe Mission in 1999. Great Europe Mission was founded in 1949 and has over 400 missionaries. eDOT currently has 7 fulltime missionaries based in Muellheim, Germany. We work closely with Bible Schools and churches in both Western and Eastern Europe, developing distance learning courses as well as outreach programs.

In Eastern Europe, we work with local churches to set up computer centers at the churches. These computer centers are then used for outreach to the community through computer classes. The centers are also used by pastors and lay leaders in the church to take distance learning courses and as a resource for the church.

Mission Statement:

We are a ministry of Greater Europe Mission assisting the Church in Europe with creative discipleship, outreach, and training tools to fulfill the Great Commission.

Organizational Statement of Faith:

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the infallible, and the authoritative Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return to power and glory.

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ.
