Organization Description: 

THE EIGHT is a 501(c)(3) Public Benefit Charity and through our national programs Women In Need Now, Families on the Frontline and Future Entrepreneurs Network Development, we provide a range of services to assist low-income individuals, victims of domestic violence and ex-offenders in attaining the skills, knowledge, and motivation necessary to achieve self-sufficiency. The program also provides immediate life necessities such as food, shelter, transportation and health care needs, etc. In addition, services are provided for the revitalization of low-income communities and the reduction of poverty. We partner with other provider agencies to improve and increase our capacity at achieving results-- and to develop community resources with whom to link services and funding.
