Educational Resources and Referrals China (ERRC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit educational organization committed to recruiting, equipping and sending quality educators to some of Chinas top educational institutions.
As a faith ministry, we are keenly aware of our dependence on God for guidance, spiritual sustenance and material provision. We commit our every need to God, trusting that He will provide through the prayers and financial assistance of our partners in faith.
As corporate witnesses, we recognize that ERRC teachers, office staff, board members, volunteers, Field Partners, prayer partners and supporters all work together as a faith community for effective Christian witness. Mutual support and encouragement for growth are important values
As tentmakers, we recruit lay Christians who integrate their professional expertise with their faith to earn a living in a cross-cultural surrounding with some support-raising.
As holistic witnesses, we believe Christ is incarnated in our actions of servanthood and love. We encourage genuine friendship, community support and excellence in teaching.
As cross-cultural Christians, we believe Christs transformation is within the context of cultures and we strive to communicate our faith worldview and values in a culturally relevant manner. We promote cross-cultural understanding and sensitivity to reflect Christs character and fullness.
