Evercare™ Hospice & Palliative Care, we provide compassionate care for those facing end-of-life issues and personal support to their families. Because patients prefer the comfort of familiar surroundings, we provide care wherever patients reside, whether in a private home, a nursing home, an assisted living facility or other in-patient setting.

Our Hopsice team is made up of doctor's, nurses, social workers, chaplains and volunteers. Hospice provides individualized treatment for end of life comfort.
