Focus Team Leadership Training

FTLT (Focus Team Leadership Training) is an organisation that was established in 2004 and is based in Pretoria, South Africa.

The vision of the organisation is "Training the Mission Leaders of Tomorrow" with a mission to influence the upcoming leadership generation through specific training that will empower them to impact their sphere of influence in their own communities. FTLT anticipates achieving this by continuously revising their strategies, based on research information. Because of the uniqueness of the different training methods at FTLT, we have the privilege to see hundreds of young people, empowered at the end of each year, returning to their local communities with not only knowledge but also the practical skills to have a radical impact in the transformation of their communities.
