The Fuller Center for Housing
The Fuller Center builds and renovates homes in partnership with those in need. Founded in 2005 by Millard Fuller, who also founded Habitat for Humanity, Millard dedicated the last few years of his life to promoting and growing this needed ministry. We build new homes in the U.S. and around the world with those in need by utilizing no interest and no profit mortgages and requiring homeowners to put in hundreds of sweat equity hours. We also do more minor repairs renovations, especially for the elderly or disabled, using our innovative Greater Blessing repair program. Recipients are given the opportunity to pay the costs forward so that they can bless someone else. The program name comes from Jesus' statement, "It is more blessed to give than to receive."
