Get Real Ministries

Get Real is a non-denominational mission organization reaching out locally, nationally and internationally through public school events, short-term mission events, and through a variety of discipleship opportunities. We are based in Baldwin, GA where we are involved in a variety of local outreach and community service projects/events. We frequently take trips to downtown Atlanta to love and serve the homeless community. We believe strongly in sharing the love and hope of Christ right here at home but God has also allowed us to build relationships with other ministry partners in 3 locations. We take short-term mission teams to New Orleans, LA four times each year where we work with a transitional housing program for homeless women and children and serve the urban community in a variety of ways. We also travel to Harlan, KY four times each year where we serve the rural poor through meeting physical and spiritual needs. We also travel to Montego Bay, Jamaica each summer for two weeks where we work in schools, orphanages, a local church body, and among the needy in the surrounding community.
