Girl Talk International Inc
GTI is faith based organization that empowers and inspires women from all walks of life, who may have been victims of domestic violence, rape, and other life traumatic experiences to recover, heal, and redevelop their self-worth and self-esteem through the Word of God.
To provide women of our communities support,encouragement, and spiritual healing that were victims of physical, mental and sexual abuse.
To provide women of our communities guidance and direction to set and achieve various personal goals such as relationships, education, finances, parenting, and career development.
To provide women of our communities mentoring and positive role models to reduce the number of teenage pregnancies, abortions, and sexually transmitted diseases by promoting abstinence and making healthy choices.
To provide women of our communities resources and tools necessary to help build self-esteem and self-confidence.
All employees, officers, members of the Board of Directors, Christian Nonprofit tenants, and affiliated organizations at Girl Talk International Inc agree with Girl Talk International, Inc Statement of Faith, as follows:
There is one God, almighty and eternal, triune in His existence, one in His essence: The Father, The Son (The Word), and the Holy Ghost (Spirit). He is not three Gods, but one.
God is the creator and sustainer of all things. He has revealed himself in nature, in the written word (the Bible) and in His living word (The Lord Jesus Christ).
The Bible is the Word of God, plenary verbally inspired and is the first and final basis and test for doctrine, experience and conduct.
Man (male and female) was created in the image and after the likeness of God to fellowship with Him and to reflect His love and power through fruitfulness and dominion over the earth.
Jesus, the Living Word of God, was born of a virgin, into the earth, though He preexisted with the Father as God in eternity past. He is the only begotten Son of God who lived a perfect, sinless human life, died a substitutionary death, rose from the dead, and ascended to heaven to the right hand of God the Father, as Lord and Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ is the redeemer whose blood is the price for mankind to be restored to fellowship with God.
The Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit is God in unlimited accessible form. It is He who empowered Jesus Christ to fulfill His earthly mission. He is God perfecting the church into the image of Christ and performing acts of power to bring glory to Jesus.
All men must believe on and confess the Lord Jesus Christ, must repent of their sins and be baptized in water in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ (Gods name for salvation), for the remission of sins and for identification with Christ and His redemptive work.
