The conflict between the respective positions creates a serious question which, in my opinion, can only be properly determined after a trial. 1) Mental control resulting from incompatible or opposing needs, impulses, wishes, external or internal requirements. 2) Strong disagreement between people, groups, etc., which results in arguments often angry, Such are the struggle for power, property or a difference that prevents agreement, disagreement between ideas, feelings , Etc., 3) Programs will provide you with essential resources, strategic methods to determine when, where and how to identify the source of conflict of interest and will develop a system to reduce the number of problems.
