Grand Traverse Bay Summer Project

Organization Description:

Grand Traverse Bay summer project, offered in the northern MI resort area of Traverse City, is offered through Campus Crusade for Christ, Int'l (www.uscm.org). CCC's mission is to turn lost students into Christ-centered laborers through building movements of Winning, Building and Sending all over the world. This summer project is a missions opportunity that begins with an application process (please visit www.gosummerproject.com). We are looking for men and women currently attending college, between the ages of 18-24, who would desire to be part of an 8-week project, from June 7 through August 2. Our students live in a residence hall in a TC community college, take jobs in the community, and spend week nights and weekends growing and sharing their faith. It costs $2750, which all participants may raise support to fund. CCC staff initially provide leadership for the students before turning project leadership over to the students halfway through.
