Haggai Revival Teaching Ministries (HARTM) is a Faith Based Organization registered as a non profit making organization, which began in 2003 with its head office located in Busia District in Eastern Uganda. The main goal of HARTM is to evangelize and also address the increasing HIV and AIDS situation among the vulnerable people like Most vulnerable Children(MVC), commercial sex workers, PHAs, Truck drivers, the business class and improve on their behaviour, health, social-economic and spiritual transformation in Busia District.

That salvation comes through repentance and faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. John 3:3, Eph. 1:7
In water baptism by immersion, in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, as an outward sign of the change that has already taken place. Matt. 28:19
In the baptism in the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Holy Spirit for the profit and edification of the Body of Christ. Acts 1:8, Acts 2:38-39, 1 Cor. 12:7
