Organization Description:
Harbor Light Hospice seeks to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families who are facing a life limiting illness. We focus on life and the quality of living. We provide comfort, company, and active treatment of distrressing symptoms with the patient and their family as the focus of care. Services are provided by a team of professionals and volunteers who are physician directed and nurse coordinated.
