Mission Statement:

Harvest Project helps people who are experiencing challenging life circumstances, through channeling the resources of the community to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support that empowers people to take positive steps forward in their lives.

Organizational Statement of Faith:

Since the Harvest Project is an organization founded upon Biblical principles and beliefs (as stated in the society’s constitution), all members of the staff, board, and Client Care department must demonstrate agreement with the following statement of faith:

We believe in God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that all people are created in God’s image and we treat people with dignity, recognizing that they are loved by God.
We believe that Jesus Christ was sent to restore the relationship between God and humanity; that through His life, death, and resurrection, God provided the only way of salvation culminating in the gift of eternal life for all who respond in faith. We value this gift of grace, believing that it has the power to liberate, heal, and transform individuals and communities.
We believe in the indwelling, empowering work of the Holy Spirit in all believers, who together form the one universal Church, and in the divine inspiration of Holy Scripture and its authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
