Organization Description: 

Hospice is a special kind of care designed to provide sensitivity and support for people in the final phase of a termainal illness. It is the goal of Hearland Hospice to provide palliative and supportive services to meet physical, psychological, social and spititual needs to the patients and caregivers in the home, helaht care facilities, or other residential settings. These services will be provided without regard to race, religion, gender, creed, sex or ability to pay.
