Our Vision: To provide a safe and nurturing place where the Spirit of the Lord is free to minister as described in Isaiah 61:1-3. To partner with area churches, schools and agencies to educate and empower people to make life affirming and healthy decisions about sex, relationships and pregnancy. To demonstrate the love and compassion of Christ by offering practical, emotional and spiritual help to those experiencing pregnancy related issues. To provide support groups that share Gods hope, help and healing for those who are dealing with sexual abuse or pregnancy loss.
Isaiah 61:1-3 Preach good news to the poor. Bind up the broken hearted. Proclaim freedom to the captives. Release prisoners from the darkness. Proclaim the year of the Lords favor. Comfort all who mourn. Provide for those who grieve. Crown of beauty instead of ashes. Oil of gladness instead of mourning. Garment of praise instead of spirit of despair.
All services of the Center are confidential and free of charge and include: Pregnancy testing and limited ultrasound. Educational classes about pregnancy, abortion & reproductive health. Sexual Integrity classes. Life Skills training Community referrals. Support groups. Speakers for community groups and schools. Programs that provide free maternity clothes, baby clothes & equipment.
Highland Lakes Pregnancy Resource Center exists to honor the sanctity of life by sharing the unconditional love of Jesus Christ in guiding personal choices involving sexuality, relationships and pregnancy.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4
4. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential, and that this salvation is received through faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and not as a result of good works. Titus 3:5
5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life and to perform good works. Ephesians 2:20
6. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. 2 Peter 2:9, Hebrews 9:27
7. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 4:1-7
8. We believe in the sanctity of all human life as set forth in Scripture, therefore we believe that abortion is never an acceptable option. Psalms 139:13-18
