HOLY CROSS NAMUTENGA IS A COMMUNITY BASED PROJECT THAT WAS ESTABLISHED BY THE COMMUNITY ON A SELF HELP BASIS.THE PROJECT IS ONE OF THE PRIORITY PROJECTS THAT WAS ESTABLISHED BY MMANZE CENTRE FOR RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING,A COMMUNITY BASED NON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION WORKING WITH THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY NEEDY POOR PEOPLE IN THE TYPICAL RURAL MARGINALIZED AREAS IN THE WAKISO DISTRICT IN UGANDA.
