Organization Description: 

Home of Hope is a faith-based, non-denominational, nonprofit organization that strives to empower and help homeless families with children become self-sustainable. The Home of Hope program provides safe transitional housing, faith based services, food, clothing, and community referrals in addition to locating appropriate childcare. Participants take part in financial planning workshops, parenting groups, faith-based groups, nutrition workshops, mental health therapy and more. With one year of support, guidance and stability, families are equipped to make the needed changes in their lives to reach their goals and sustain permanent living arrangements for their families. Home of Hope strives to empower, support, and guide families experiencing homelessness, in seeking joyful empowerment and sustainable unconditional strength. Currently we have room for 5 families with up to 15 children in total.
