HOPE AND LOVE VOLUNTEERS

Hope and love volunteers is registered nonprofit and non Gorvemental organization with Registration number CG042232013 and Tax Identification number (TIN) C0001658689 at the Registrar General Department of the Republic of Ghana With a growing concern for the future of their community, youth of the Sekyere district joined together to make a difference. Many of these youth come from families who live on less than one dollar a day. Though steeped in poverty, the smiling faces of these youth express their positive attitude and inner strength. They believe, as the saying goes, it is better to light one candle than to curse the darkness. These children are ready to light the candle. Hope and love volunteers are committed to bringing positive change to their region. They have identified the areas of education, health and sanitation, and provision of potable water to the areas of major need. At the present we have targeted improving educational standards. Because the majority of the members of Hope and Love are tertiary students, this need is inherent. Our goal at HLV is to offer support in these identified areas of need. Our targeted educational project is to provide teaching support during semester holidays. We also hope to provide school supplies and educational materials. Because soccer is one of the most popular sports in the region, we aspire to organize annual soccer competitions. Hope and Love is proud to represent the people of Ghana. Please help us light the candle of hope for our brothers and sisters in Ghana, who have lived in poverty too long.
