The Hope Center

Organization Description:

The Hope Center's goal is to establish a home for orphaned, abandoned, and abused children. The Hope Center's desire is to provide a center that would not only be used as home for children, but also as a feeding center, a general medical and dental clinic, and a distribution enter of humanitarian resources. Today the Hope Center is truly a home and not an institution. All of the 'hope' children are now part of a large family. They are brothers and sisters with two loving parents who recognize the purpose of God in each one fo them and are devoted to help them fulfill their God given destines.

Because the cost of enrolling all the 'hope' children in school was too high, the Hope Center set out to establish their own private, bilingual christian school. Today, Honors Academy is officially registered with the Honduran Ministry of Education. The goal is to open the Honors Academy to the public as an elementary school where children will be taught with biblical values by English speaking teachers who commit a year of their lives to help impact a nation one life at a time.
