Mission Statement: 

The mission of HOPE Family Care Center, Inc. is to improve the general health conditions and disparities of the indigent, uninsured and underserved population. This ministry supports a common mission and goal with our community and a commitment to remain spiritually focused and community centered. The partnering of HOPE Family Care Center, Inc. with our community allows a shared common vision and mutual interest of increasing access to healthcare within a growing vulnerable population. This is demonstrated through the core value of Service to the Poor for individuals and families with no current health coverage as well as those not receiving or not able to receive consistent care within those communities in northern Hamilton County, Indiana.

Organizational Statement of Faith: 

HOPE Family Care Center, Inc. seeks to glorify God as an outreach of Cicero Christian Church, Inc. by building up the Body of Christ through growing people in God's Word, leading them to Christ and preparing them for service. This ministry demonstrates the love of Christ through caring for the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs of others in this community.
The goals and purpose of the HOPE Family Care Center, Inc. are (a) operating Christian, charitable health clinic(s) that provide professional Christ-centered health care for uninsured and underserved within those communities surrounding Cicero, Indiana; (b) providing family and community oriented health care resources and referrals; (c) providing mental health services, financial planning and spiritual counseling to serve the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs of people; (d) educating the community by teaching principles of health and spiritual well-being through advertising and promotional programs; and (e) building positive relationships throughout the community while conducting the business affairs of HOPE Family Care Center, Inc. in a manner consistent with the highest ethical standards and Biblical teachings of Jesus Christ.
