Organization Description: 

H.O.P.E., INC. provides a family-to-family community- based mentoring program for struggling, disadvantaged one parent/guardian families. We team together, an Enrichment Leader (human service provider) & positive two parent families, and have them work together with the at risk families, in order to, help the parent/guardian build and maintain a positive, strong family foundation for thier children. Our goal is to prevent negative outcomes for children such as: generational poverty, physical and emotional abuse, neglect, gang interaction, truancy, despair, and intolerance. This program just started this January, (1-1-09).
