Hope Outreach
Hope Outreach is ministry of Teen Challenge that rekindles our connection with our street ministry roots. We are a drop-in day center, located in the epicenter of Portland's most poverty stricken and drug infested neighborhoods. We will provide advocacy, resource referral, emotional spiritual and addiction support, but our strongest tool that we will employ will be unconditional Christ like love without preconditions. We have created our own database including all known resources in the Portland Metro area, coupled with an extensive client tracking system allowing us to monitor and measure a person's progress. We have realized that we do not have to posses the answers to every problem, but we have committed to walk through that process, with anyone willing, and find the answers to every problem. One day at time, one client at a time, one problem at a time.
