Organization Description: 

Horizons for Homeless Children's Playspace Program installs trauma informed and developmentally appropriate Playspaces in family homeless shelters in Massachusetts. The recruit, train and manage volunteers who commit to providing a healing play opportunity for six months in a weekly 2 hour shift. These weekly Playspace experience help children learn, play and thrive and allows their parents to meet with case managers and attend on sight classes.
