We are approaching our 20th anniversary in 2009. Huntington County Habitat for Humanity has now built 21 simple, decent and affordable houses in Huntington County in partnership with donors, volunteers, and Partner Homeowners. At our current pace, we hope to build 100 more houses in the next 20 years.
We are heavily dependent on volunteers; our staff comprises 3 full-time and 1 part-time employees. During the course of a year, about 300 individuals contribute to our goal of eliminating substandard housing in Huntington County.
