All applicants must present a brief narrative of their organization, as well as project budget.
All applicants must include an operating budget for the current fiscal year, as well as a list of supporters for the most current year.
All applicants should include a list of their organizations Board of Trustees, as well as their business affiliations.
All applicants have to include the most recent copy of their audited financial report, as well as a 501 (c)(3) form and a 509 (a) IRS ruling letter.
All applicants should include a copy of either their most recently audited financial report or Form 990
Will not allocate grants for endowments, operating support, benefit raising, annual fund appeals, nor from fiscal agents.
