Organization Description: 

During 2005 and 2006, we have organized and had the following outreach activities:

Little Christmas Outreach-This activity was done the second Sunday in January. We were able to provide via donated resources gifts, and a meal to the children of our ESL ministry students and also to other needy families in the community.

Friendship day outreach-This activity was done the second Sunday in February . It was an outreach to families in the community. Each visitor received the Gospel message, and we celebrated with a dinner at the end of the service.

Resurrection Sunday Outreach.- This was an Easter Sunday outreach to families in the community. Inlcuded special music and the gospel message. An afternoon meal was provided after the service.

Mother?s Day outreach-An invitation to all the ladies in the congregation and the community to celebrate this special day, receive the gospel message, special music and a small token of appreciation.

Summer is here outreach in the Park- Missionary team from North Carolina helped us with this. It was an afternoon concert in the park provided to the community free of charge.

Father?s day Celebration-An invitation to all the men in the congregation and the community to celebrate this special day, receive the gospel message, special music and a small token of appreciation.

Vacation Bible School in the Neighborhood-A week long activity of Bible Stories, memory verses, songs, and games to the children in the neighborhood. A mission team from Nova Scotia helped us with this activity.

Thanksgiving day outreach to the community and our English Class Students

Christmas day celebration inviting children and adults of the commuity.

Angel Tree Outreach - For the pass two years we were able to participate on the Prison fellowship Angel Tree outreach and provide Christmas gifts, clothing and food to needy children in the community who had one or both parents in jail.

Other outreach activities: One to one personal evangelism, prayer walking in the community, participating in community day planning and activity, Distribution of flyers, tracts and invitations to our worship service, distribution of Bibles to all our visitors, letters to local residents, and food voucher to needy families in the community. Assisting with the food pantry with one of our partner churches .
