IMPACTO - After School Program
IMPACTO is an after-school academic enrichment program designed to motivate and inspire underserved youth of Boyle Heights with the pursuit of education. IMPACTO works to empower youth through tutoring, personal development, local community participation and increased social awareness in order to become great civic leaders of tomorrow. IMPACTO serves nearly 200 youth at two sites; a center based site and a school based site at Dolores Mission School. The program runs year round from 2:30-6:00pm during the school year and from 11:00am ̮̮̮̉̉̉̉̉" 5:30pm during the summer.
IMPACTO is a program of Proyecto Pastoral at Dolores Mission. Proyecto Pastoral at Dolores Mission is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization working in the economically and politically disenfranchised community of Boyle Heights to empower the community personally and socially by developing grassroots projects in education, leadership, and service.
