Organization Description: 

We serve over 85,000 children, women and men a year. We have four food security centers, located in Claremont, Ontario, Pomona, and San Dimas. We provide emergency housing to qualified individuals through Our House, as well as through motel vouchers. Our certified Farmer's Market in Pomona provides fresh fruits and vegetables essential to healthy living. In addition, Inland Valley Hope Partners is dedicated to preventing homelessness by providing utility and rent or mortgage assistance to low-income people who have received an eviction notice or utility shut-offs notices.
