The reason for our existence is to assist in the fulfillment of young people and the community they live in.
How?
We achieve our purpose by connecting the energy and vibrancy of the youth, with the wisdom and the experience of the greater community.

. Engaging young people in matters of what is important to them.
. Motivating them to reach their full potential in whatever endeavor they may pursue.
. Educating them in skills that are practical to them.
. Valuing the work young people do in the community.
. Creating desire amongst young people to create a better community and thereby creating a better world for all of us.
What?
By creating a community Programs that gives opportunities for young people to volunteer and assist on matters that are of importance to them.

Our Mission is to support the work of local community organizations in developing countries through the placement of international volunteers and student internships. We believe that local communities are in the best position to determine their needs, and we provide volunteers to help them achieve their goals.
