Kauai Habitat For Humanity

Organization Description:

Kauai Habitat For Humanity started out of disaster recovery efforts from hurricane Iniki in 1993. Since our initial organization,we have helped our homeowners build 109 new construction homes. Today on Kauai, the need for affordable housing is great , we have over 1800 families on our informational mailing list for new construction homeownership opportunities. We also have a Repair and Renovation program, designed to further the Habitat mission by keeping existing homeowners in their homes by providing low cost repairs.
