Increase the participation of beneficiaries in the planning and implementation of their initiatives in poverty alleviation and development activities such as economic infrastructure, health education, water supply and sanitation, agriculture and livestock production and environmental conservation.
Most people in Wagusu and Abimbo still live in the past and thus remain separate from mainstream African culture and maintain their traditional ways of living, making them more vulnerable to life and health challenges as compared to other regions.
To help sensitize the community on the dangers of irresponsible sexual behavior, early childhood marriages, child labour, drug abuse, school drop-outs, risks involved in polygamy, respect for girl child and women economic empowerment, the need to conserve unused lands and take good care of the environment, it’s our pleasure to invite both local and International volunteers.
