Lalmba Association
Lalmba serves in the poorest areas of East Africa, operating health centers, public health programs, microfinance and caring for orphans.
Realizing that God has blessed us abundantly, we feel the obligation to help His other children who are in dire need. We have been led to remote places in Africa where we have found a niche caring for orphan and at-risk children and where we are able to provide medical services to the poor. We promote various other charitable works and provide resources not normally available to the people we serve. It is our goal to teach and train these good people to care for their own needs to the extent they are able. We have a special commitment to the people of Eritrea where we were founded. Our name “Lalmba” has come to mean “a place of hope”, and that is what we aspire to be.
Lalmba is a faith-founded organization. Our leadership is guided by Christian principles, and adhere to the Apostle's Creed. We trust in God to provide funds and people to accomplish our work.
