L'Arche Syracuse is a member of L'Arche International. L'Arche is an international federation of communities dedicated to the service of people with developmental disabilities. L'Arche was founded in 1964 be Jean Vanier. L?Arche is a marriage between an agency that serves persons with developmental disabilities and an international body of faith communities. In Syracuse we have four homes, and art program, and a small office support team. We wish to create homes where faithful relationships based on forgiveness and celebration are nurtured. To reveal the unique and sacred value and vocation of each person. To change society by choosing to live relationships in community as a sign of hope and love.
