We want to take full advantage of the Internet technologies in order to provide higher education to young people who have successfully completed high school.
We focus our efforts on two main program areas:
* to set up a resource center in the region:
o with a stable Internet connection a mini library where students are able to prepare for their studies,
o to provide basic training on computing and the Internet,
o to provide daily access and free use of this resource centre for study purposes.
* to negotiate scholarships from online universities.
