Liberty Hospice services patients who have a terminal disease and an expectation to live 6 months or less. The interdisciplinary team includes doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, chaplains, bereavement coordinators, volunteer coordinators and volunteers. Volunteers are an integral part of the services that we provide.
