LIFE ElderCare

Organization Description: 

We offer simple but important options for healthy aging at home:

- Meals On Wheels, a hot, nutritious, home-delivered daily meal, along with a well check.

- VIP Rides, transportation & destination support, for those who have no other means, to get to medical visits and shop for groceries.

- Friendly Visitors, companionship for those who are lonely and isolated.

- Fall Prevention, a low-key, supervised home exercise program to improve strength and balance and decrease fear and falls.

Together, they create a safety net for some of the most vulnerable amongst us. It also offers easy options for seniors to maintain or improve healthy living habits which can promote longevity and more enjoyment of LIFE.
