Organization Description:
LLCHC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community health center located in Franklinton on the west side of downtown Columbus in an area where there are few health care options available for the community. LLCHC provides primary health care and other services to all, regardless of income or insurance status. Medicare and Medicaid patients are welcome! For the uninsured, payments begin at $10 per visit and is based on income.
