We are a small gross root level non-profits Voluntary organization, which is registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act.1976, with registered no.010330079. We are also come from the same ethnic group. We are trying in our own little way to empower the rural poor Tribal in terms of Education, Income Generation, Youth Training and Health etc. Tribes is working for the development of Tribal sub-castes i.e., YERUKULA & YANADIS which are called plain land tribes and also working with rehabilitation - Reformation of Ex-criminals from Yerukula community, whose want to come back to their normal life and join in the mainstream of the society, so that social victimization can be prevented among the future generations of these suppressed families. Under this program our society has rehabilitate 127 hard-core criminals belonging to the same community. The “Yerukula” Tribe and thus providing them an opportunity for them to lead a civilized and meaningful life. Ours is the only organization redressing the grievances of Ex-criminal Tribes in our State of Andhra Pradesh.

Against the back ground, Mr. M.Bhaskara Rao, the only educated and employed in Central Government Railway Department, who hails from the same tribal community decided to do something better for his community and established the organisated name TRIDES (TRIBES DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY) registered under A.P. State societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.

“A Little one shall become a thousand and a small one a strong nation. I the lord will hasten it in its time ISAIAH-60-21

To import education to the men and especially women of the tribal communities, we have targeted our project for the Yerukulas & YanadhiÂ’s tribal communities, who hail from tribal areas and who are being forced into evil practices, such as theft, robbery, petty crimes, leaving behind the women to become sex workers to over come the day to day poverty hunting them.
