Organization Description: 

The juvenile court has jurisdiction in Marion County over the following cases: acts of delinquency, status offenses, emancipation and children in need of services (CHINS). The Juvenile Division consists primarily of the Juvenile Court, Juvenile Detention Center, and the Juvenile Probation Department.
