Organization Description:
Medi Home Hospice is a special kind of care for patients and families facing a life-limiting illness. A team of health care professionals proved on-going support for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families. The purpose of hospice is to bring a measure of peace to one's last days. Our office is located on Babcock Blvd in North Hills. We are open from 8:30 to 5:00, but have on call nurses 24/7. We also have other offices all around the country with 7 in western Pennsylvania. The others are in Beaver Falls, Washington, Irwin, Leechburg, Scottdale, and Johnstown.
