Mentor ME Ministries

Organization Description: 

Beginning in 2000, Mentor ME Ministries, through Christian men, mentors boys without dads present in their lives. Mentoring is Christian and we pray and teach GOD'S Word to the boys.

Our activities include, Summer Camp, Surfing Camp, Bike Shop, Weight Conditioning/Athletics, Skate Park, Fishing, Rocket Launching, Apple Picking, Working at our Thrift Store and many others.

Fatherless boys learn to be leaders, build self-confidence, learn teamwork, learn respect for their moms and others, experience how to work in a real business setting and build a relationship with JESUS CHRIST.

Mentoring is conducted in groups and our mentors fingerprinted and must qualify through our background process. They must be "born again", according to Romans 10:9,10.

All activities are provided FREE to the single moms and their boys and usually to the mentors too! Training provided for mentors. Most activities are on weekends, but some occur in the evenings during the week.

No time commitment is required for mentors. Our mentors participate as their schedule allows!
