Organization Description: 

T.O.U.C.H. operates under the non- profit umbrella of Metropolitan Community Services (MCS). Incorporated on February 21, 1984, MCS provided temporary residential services to male and female homeless individuals, of which included the ex-offender population. MCS served hundreds of individuals with temporary housing and the needed guidance towards establishing stable housing.MCS's renewed focus now addresses and provides recently released offender reentry services, i.e. T.O.U.C.H., Teaching Opportunity Unity by Connecting Hearts. On July 1, 2008, T.O.U.C.H. launched its pilot released offenders mentoring program.
