Appears to fund organizations based in Florida, but has a history of allocating funding for the following states: Minneapolis, Indiana, Georgia, Virginia, Kentucky, Texas, Ohio, North Carolina, New York, Maryland, California, Colorado, and Washington D.C.
All applicants are required to fill out the Foundations Grant Application. The Grant Application must include a one page cover letter, a budget and budget narrative.
All applicants must provide a list of its governing officers/board of trustees, etc; a copy of their IRS (c)(3) 501 Determination letter, and a copy of the organization's charitable registration with the Florida's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
All applicants must submit a copy of their most recent, audited financial statements.

The Foundation does not allocate funding to individuals, nor for memberships, fundraising events, and/or memorials.
The Foundation rarely funds government based agencies.
