Murphys Christian Camp
Murphys Christian Camp is a year-round, 21-acre, not-for-profit retreat center with accommodations for up to 50. The camp is a rental facility, available to churches and other like-minded groups for conferences, retreats, meetings, and recreational outings. The camp is a project of Follow Up Ministries, Inc. of Castro Valley, California, a well-established organization ministering to prison inmates and their families. The camp serves as a Ministry Outreach and Training Center for the training of prison chaplains and volunteer workers.
Murphys Christian Camp seeks to provide a mountain wilderness experience for children and adults ? a place to meet God in the splendor of His creation, to grow spiritually, to be physically refreshed and challenged, to fellowship with others, and to develop new life commitments.
