The Foundation provides funding for the Puget Sound Area of Washington State, but has a history of funding organizations based in the following states: Hawaii, New York, California, Texas, North Carolina, Vermont, Washington D.C., Oregon, Ohio, Massachusetts, Alaska, New Jersey, New Hampshire, and Loiusiana.

All applicants must submit the Foundation's application form, as well as a copy of a proposal letter and a list of the Board of Trustees.
All applicants must submit an IRS 501 (c) (3) Determination Letter, as well as the organization's most recent financial statement and budget information.
All applicants should provide the Foundation with their organization's background information, as well as any funding received and/or applied for.
The Foundation will not fund organizations that are not tax exempt status under Section 501 (c)(3).
The Foundation will not fund organizations for deficit financing purposes.
The Foundation will not allocate grants to individuals, nor for special projects and operating budgets.
