The vision of Oasis is put into action through our top 5 values that we call the Oasis High 5 Initiatives. All we do at the Oasis is linked to these 5 initiatives.

I Connect with God consistently in a way that empowers me to love God, love people and love life.

* Connect with God daily.
* Connect with the Oasis consistently.
* Connect with people (Connect Groups) weekly.

#2 Serve Faithfully
I Serve with radical hospitality - changing my heart and enhancing the life of others.

* Serve God.
* Serve in church on a volunteer team.
* Serve in my home, ministering to my family.
* Serve in my world.

#3 Give Generously
I Give from my heart, beyond what is expected ‚‚– just the way God gives to me.

* Live a generous life.
* Give tithes and offerings generously.
* Give my time, skills and resources.

#4 Reach Compassionately
I Reach out to people in my community and around the world because of God‚‚’s message of love.

* Reach out to the people I know.
* Reach out to those in need in LA.
* Reach out around the world to affect global injustices.

I Lead in a way that brings vision, strategy and strength to my home, my church and my world.
