1) Pioneering Initiatives
Definition: OM workers are constantly seeking creative and innovative ways to connect with people and to demonstrate and proclaim the truth about Jesus.

2) Releasing the power of young faith
Definition: We want the next generation to experience God?s transforming power in and through their lives.

3) Mobilising for world missions
Definition: God has given His Church the task of bringing the Gospel to all nations. We desire to mobilise God?s people to fulfil this calling.
