Statement of Faith
We believe that the scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative word of God without error in the original writings. The complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men and the Divine and Final authority for Christian faith and life (IITim. 3:16-17; IIPt. 1:21, Titus 2:11-12)
We believe that there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Gen. 1:1,2, 26, 3:22, 11:7; Jn. 1:1, Matt. 3:16-17; 28:19, IICor. 13:14, Eph. 4:4-6, IPt. 1:2, Jude 20-21)
We believe in the deity of our Lord, Jesus Christ, in His Virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood and in His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and Glory (Jn. 1:1, 14; Lk.1: 26-33, Is. 53:3-7)
We believe that for the salvation of the lost sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential. (Ezek. 36:26-27, Col. 2:13, Jn.3: 3-8, James 1:18, Ipt.1: 3)
We believe in the present Ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is able to live a Godly Life. (Acts 1:8, Gal. 516-18, 25; Rom. 8:4, 14, Acts 15:28, Rom. 14:17)
We believe in the resurrection of the saved unto the resurrection of Life eternal and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation (Matt. 25:41, 46; Lk. 16:22-24; Rev. 20:10)
We believe in the spiritual unity of all true believers in our Lord Jesus Christ (Eph.4:4-6; Jn.17:21-23, ICor. 1:2, Phil. 2:2; ICor. 10:17, 12:12-26)
We believe in the imminent return of Christ in person, bodily, visibly and that He will establish His Kingdom (Jn. 4:16, Heb 9:28, Rev.1: 7, 22:7, Acts 1:10, Ithess.4: 16, Matt. 16:27, IIThess. 1:7-9, Matt. 25:31)
We believe that every Man who is to enter heaven must be born again spiritually. And that this birth comes by God ƒƒ ‚ƒ ƒ¢ ‚€ ‚š ƒƒ ‚‚ ƒ¢ ‚€ ‚™s grace through faith and not by anything we ourselves can do to deserve it (Jn. 3:3, Rom.10: 9-13, Acts 16:31, Eph. 2:8-9,
We believe that evangelism with discipleship of the lost (Matt. 28:19-20 MK. 16:14-16), and Social concern (James. 1:22-27, 2:14-26, Matt. 25:40, Ps. 82:3) are both integral parts of our Christian mission and responsibility.
