Peace House Africa
Peace House Africa is a US-based nonprofit organization which has been helping create a positive, sustainable future for AIDS orphans, vulnerable children and their communities in Tanzania since 2001.
In Tanzania, AIDS continues to take the lives of millions of productive adults, orphaning their children and deepening the hold of poverty in one of the world's poorest countries. Peace House Africa has hosted hundreds of volunteers since opening Peace House Secondary School on a 100-acre campus near Arusha, Tanzania in 2007. It is a completely free boarding school for orphans and vulnerable children with a focus on nurturing care, dynamic education and technology research. The goal is to graduate future job creators and leaders in Tanzania.
In the spirit of giving hope, Peace House Africa is creating a brighter future for Africa's orphans, vulnerable children and their communities through dynamic education, technology research and business development.
